Quick Service POS Support Analysts/Trainers (Syracuse, NY)

We seek individuals with quick service restaurant management experience and technical background to deploy and support our POS systems.  This position provides telephone support, system staging, troubleshooting and on-site training services to our nationwide network of customers.

In addition to knowledge of restaurant management, the ideal candidates will have Windows PC, network and POS experience.  The candidate should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude with good problem solving skills.  Overnight travel is required.

Quick Service Help Desk Analyst (Syracuse, NY)

Help Desk Analysts diagnose and resolve POS hardware and software problems via telephone and remote connection for our Quick Service customers located across the US, Aruba, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

You’ll need to the ability to deal with customers and maintain appropriate communication with them over the phone or via email. You should be a sharp listener, with creative questioning and good note-taking skills which are needed to gain a clear understanding of the software application and needs, in order to provide an effective solution.

Your background in the quick service industry and/or help desk would be a plus.  If you know and like the Quick Service industry but want to get out of the everyday restaurant tasks, this might be the career for you.

Installation Technician (Syracuse, NY)

Travel across the country installing POS and CCTV systems at some of largest fast food franchise concepts.  As an Installation Technician, you will be trained how to install systems providing complete customer satisfaction.  Once trained, you will be your own boss on the road with a job to do and the pride to do it the best.

Warehouse Receiver (Syracuse, NY)

DUMAC Business Systems is seeking a dependable and dedicated person to work in our warehouse handling shipping and receiving duties along with pulling/picking orders for systems to be installed.  Job requires the person to work efficiently and accurately.

Position requires good communication and telephone skills, good organizational and follow up skills, basic PC skills (email, Excel, etc) and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet shipping deadlines.

Applicant must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout the day and be available to work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with some after-hours work required.

Requires High School diploma or GED; some receiving experience along with a familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping are a plus.
