David McCarthy Earns RSPA Award
RSPA honors DUMAC Executive for his years of service
RSPA Chairman Brad Holaway, David McCarthy and RSAP President Joe Finizio
Las Vegas, NV — July 27, 2010 — DUMAC Business Systems Inc. Co-Chairman David McCarthy received one of the highest awards given to Point-Of-Sale dealers at the annual Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) convention, RetailNOW. Recipients of the H.O. Whistler Award have earned the gratitude and highest esteem of their fellow dealers for their dedicated service in working towards providing an understanding of the roles of association members, and their leadership in accomplishing those goals. The RSPA board of directors makes the nominations for this award.
Only 16 other people have received this award in the 50 plus year history of this national association of Point-Of-Sale dealers and vendors. McCarthy’s involvement in the association stretches back over 20 years and his leadership includes Second Vice President, President and many years as Secretary-Treasurer on the Board of Directors.
This award was presented to David McCarthy at RSPA’s Annual Awards Banquet on July 27, 2010 by RSPA President and CEO, Joe Finizio and Chairman, Brad Holaway.
