DUMAC Announces Strategic Alliance with 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler

ORLANDO, FL — January 28, 2008 — Today, at the Wendy’s International Annual Convention, DUMAC Business Systems, Inc. (“DUMAC”) announced a strategic alliance with 2020 IT Solutions Corp. (“2020ITS”). The agreement between the two companies provides for the integration of DUMAC’s web-based SBOnet ® (SmartBackOffice.net) application with the web-based 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler. The alliance allows customers to take advantage of the robust reporting, inventory and food cost capabilities of SBOnet® along with the proven labor scheduling of 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler.

With more and more customers currently using SBOnet®, DUMAC knew that their customers already had the labor cost information available and that a labor scheduling application was the last piece of the puzzle to complete the web-based offering. “This alliance perfectly positions DUMAC to be a true all-in-one solution for the quick service industry’s above-store needs,” said Howard McCarthy, President of DUMAC Business Systems, Inc., “and allows for the easy migration for those Wendy’s that have Panasonic, Xpient or Wand POS systems.”

With the SBOnet® inventory, food costs can be monitored and controlled and with the addition of 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler, store managers will be able to better utilize existing employees by using a simple bar-graph design to suggest 7 day scheduling based on sales forecasts and staffing rules. The Staff Scheduler allows the manager to clearly see labor cost as a percentage of forecast sales as they are creating and editing the schedule. Other features include staff availability, staff turnover and a comparison of actual hours to scheduled hours.
