ScreenManager software interfaces between the POS system (Panasonic® 5000, 5500, 7500, 7800 and 9000) and the Back Office applications. At the Corporate level you can use ScreenManager for testing database updates before sending any changes to the Restaurants level. |

StoreAndForward allows the user to enter any "non-P.O.S. specific" data into the Back Office "common database." For example, this data could be how the weather is, crew staffing levels, utility readings, or information valuable for historical purposes. |

StoreAndForward Editor |
|
|
|
|
|
StoreAndForward Editor allows the user to create newly defined field definitions in the StoreAndForward table of the "common database" that were designed by the Corporate Manager of Information Systems.
It also allows you to create an export view of the changes and saves the export file in a prepared state for CorpPos to send the information to the Restaurant level. |

DataImporter automatically populates the "common database" with Point-of-Sale data and with customer defined and entered information from StoreAndForward. |

CorpPOS |
|
|

CorpPOS automates program and file maintenance on demand per predefined instructions. It sends P.O.S. database changes to the Pansonic 5000, 5500, 7500, 7800 and 9000 along with new and/or revised 9000 workstation layout files to the Panasonic restaurant terminal.
CorpPOS adds newly defined field definitions to the StoreAndForward table of the "common database" as designed by the Corporate Manager of Information Systems.
CorpPOS copies new StoreReporter files to the StoreReporter's template directory, sends information to the Corporate M.I.S. department, and provides feedback on updates. |

E-Manager is a MAPI compliant electronic media tool that facilitates automated e-mail transactions. The software is very intelligent by ways of interpreting instructions and executing processes.
It automatically sends and receives e-mail messages... automatically sends, receives, interprets and processes "packages" as the result of instructions from applications like CorpPOS, StoreAndForward Editor and others... and automatically activates and Executes other applications as a result of interpreted instructions in a "package" |

Corporate Reporter |

Corporate Reporter allows you to query a populated SQL Server database and build custom reports. Reports are stored in DMR format. DMR's are binary files which contain information about the format of a report, the appearance of a report, the instructions for extracting, information from the common database.
With Reporter you can view and export reports to spreadsheets, Seagate® Crystal Reports®, text documents and even HTML... it enables you to create customer-defined, "soft" reports in which the Corporate office can redesign their own report templates to distribute to the restaurants... restaurants run those same reports in a "hard" fashion in which the manager can not alter the reports. |
