DUMAC Reporter Suite Troubleshooting

To help with troubleshooting daily processes when using Corporate Reporter, DUMAC has put together the following Troubleshooting Flowchart.

This assumes that e-Manager:

  • is left running
  • is set to check mail periodically
  • is set to process incoming packages
  • has at least one delivery to run DataImporter and at least one delivery to Run AutoGen or the Report Wizard
  • is set to run prior to the arrival of the person who will be monitoring the process.

At any point that the instructions say to run AutoGen or the Report Wizard, the report may be run manually for a single store if desired in the interest of time.
