The Field Service Technician I will provide technical support for onsite customers across various Point of Sale (POS) platforms and is accountable for a specific territory and customers by providing industry-leading service. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the DUMAC vehicle and local inventory levels. Additionally, this position requires after-hours and weekend work flexibility.

Summary

As a member of the Corporate Leadership Team, the Vice President of Product Development is accountable for all aspects of DUMAC’s developed Intellectual Property which includes the RORC Product Suite, licensed product interfaces, and integrations.

The role is responsible for ensuring that the development stack meshes with modern technologies and that the software retains a “software managed” flexibility. The IP Development, QA, and Integration teams all report to the VP of Product Development. Working with the Sales team, the individual in this role researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments for potential new product opportunities or vendor alignments and sets a strategy for accomplishing goals to reach those opportunities. The role also works with Sales and Marketing to ensure that labeling, marketing/promotional literature, and documentation match product specifications. Lastly, the role is responsible for establishing project budgets and preparing financial and strategic analysis reports.
