Summary

The Project Coordinator organizes and schedules the tasks associated with the installation of hardware, software, and training of customer staff, third-party vendor agreements, customer construction teams, and internal processes of a project. This position ensures DUMAC employees and contractors are fulfilling all obligations and that work is carried out according to approved contracts, specifications, and schedules. This position reports to the Project Management Manager on project progress, work inspections, subcontracting progress, and delays. Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery.

The Technical Account Representative performs both office, fieldwork, and support to configure Point of Sale (POS) databases. This role has knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) supported software, applications, processes, installation, and training. Additionally, this role provides support by troubleshooting escalation calls for both internal employees and DUMAC customers. The Technical Account Representative will successfully aid in converting a store’s POS system, Back Office, and network schema.
