  • We have provided greater access and flexibility with DUMAC’s new Customer CONNECT portal. CONNECT offers immediate access to your DUMAC account to initiate service calls and check invoices. Our customer support team members are reaching out to schedule account setup and individual training.

  • We have added a resource library to our website that includes equipment cleaning practices, industry articles, and information from our partners.

  • Regular billing and due dates remain unchanged. If needed, we will work to review requests for payment terms on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to your account manager to initiate this process.
